As part of our excursions around the island, we offer to you a choice of one of our many beautiful beaches. With quite a few to choose from, each one will be a sure pleasure for any individual.
Rated among the top ten most beautiful beaches in the world, this one is situated on the Northern side of St. Thomas and is one of two beaches that charge a $4.00 per person admission to utilize. If you’re in search of excellent water sport activities, it is a big zero. Showers and restrooms; a restaurant and bar; chairs and paddle board rentals are all available for your convenience. The secret view from the mountain will boast the beach’s heart shape. There is a $5 entrance fee for Magen’s Bay Beach.
This is Brenda and Franko’s favorite one by far. Nestled on the island’s North Eastern end, Coki Point beach is an excellent choice for all water sport activities. Imagine, just five to ten feet in the water, you will be surrounded by all sort of amazing sea creatures and fish that will be hand-fed with doggie biscuits. Want to sample our local flavors? You’re at the right place to enjoy local lobster, fish, conch and the name goes on and on. Many local drinks can be enjoyed and rentals of snorkel gear, umbrellas, chairs and locker rooms for your valuables. Showers and rest rooms are available for everyone’s convenience. Not too far away, you can take the boardwalk to the famous Coral World Ocean Park.
As blue skies meet the crystal clear waters, the color of this beautiful stone – emerald comes to life at one of the island’s most awesome beaches. Another favorite for locals and visitors alike, this is the perfect getaway. Water sports including jet skiing, snorkeling, and parasailing are among the amenities available at Emerald beach. For the kids there is a water park located at the far right end of the beach. Because Emerald beach is on resort property, the public is always allowed access to the beach however, chairs and umbrellas are reserved for resort guests. With the many sea grape trees and coconut trees that line the beach you will get great coverage from the sun’s rays.
Just recently opened with brand new facilities, this is the oasis of beauty that can be found on St. Thomas’ East side. With white, white sand and beautiful views of the British Virgin Islands and St. John, this hidden beauty is quiet, secluded and special. This is a great beach to snorkel or relax. The only downside is the admission fee of $5 per person to utilize. The upside to it is the brand new showers and restroom accommodations that are very comfortable. Parking is allowed around the payment booth and patrons can walk the two to four minutes distance of the beach to enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Smith Bay Park Beach is owned and operated by the Magen’s Bay Authority who manages Magen’s Bay Beach.
Coral colored sand can be found here overlooking Buck Island and on a very clear day, our sister island of St. Croix to the South. Although this beach is on the Marriott’s resort property, you will have free access to utilize at any time. Lots of iguanas can be found here sunbathing. You can have a snack or a drink at the bar and deli. There’s great snorkeling on the left side of the beach and jet ski and parasail rentals are available for your enjoyment.
Located on the Western End of the island, this is one of our island’s hidden beauties. In the distance are our neighbors Vieques, Culebra and Puerto Rico. Showers and restrooms are available and a local food van with snacks and local delicacies. Even though this beach has no rental amenities like umbrellas and chairs, lots of shaded trees can help hide the sun’s rays. The University of the Virgin Islands is a few minutes away from this hidden beauty.
Shhhh, it’s a secret! This spectacular beach is on the South Eastern end of the island and is also on resort property. Excellent snorkeling and water sport activities can be had here including restrooms and rinsing stalls. The beautiful waters of the Caribbean Sea will amaze you as you relax and enjoy this secret Paradise. It’s an iguana beach also as you’ll find them climbing coconut trees or sun tanning. Please everyone, don’t tell anyone about this beach…. because it’s a secret.
On the South side of the island another spectacular beach called Bluebeard’s Beach is available for you to enjoy during your short stop here with us. Lots of memories are made here as it’s a great place to be married. It’s a very small, beautiful beach located on resort property, coral colored sand and views of some neighboring islands.
