Brenda and Franko’s Fun Tours make the best effort possible to serve our customers. We advise and encourage individuals to purchase travelers’ insurance in the event of interruption, illnesses, accidents or any unforeseen incident that may arise.

In the event a reservation has to be cancelled, customers will be charged a fee depending on how far from the excursion the cancellation takes place. The cancellation fees listed here will apply to all reservations.

  • 30 days or more prior to your excursion – 10% of the total purchase amount
  • 7 – 29 days prior to your excursion – 25% of the total purchase amount
  • 4 – 6 days prior to your  excursion – 50% of the total purchase amount
  • 1 – 3 days prior to your excursion – 90% of the total purchase amount
  • Day of your excursion or no-show – 100% of the total purchase amount

Cancellations due to weather conditions or no-show by the cruise ship are fully refunded less credit card and PayPal charges if applicable.

Your refund request will be answered and processed promptly. If you do not receive a reply within one business day please call our office immediately.

Airport Transfers Cancellation Policy
  • All reservations for airport transfers must be canceled 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled pickup time or originally scheduled flight to qualify for a refund.
  • Any cancellation made less than 24 hours are non-refundable. Services may be re-scheduled.
  • If a passenger cannot locate his or her driver, they are required to call Brenda and Franko’s Fun Tours to avoid being considered a no-show. No-Shows are non-refundable.

Brenda and Franko’s Fun Tours will not issue refunds for flight delays, missed flights, canceled flights or circumstances beyond our control.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. To better protect the privacy of all clients, we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and choices you can make about the way your information is collected and utilized. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on Brenda and Franko’s Fun Tours website. The only information we collect includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses.

We use the personal information collected to answer email messages we receive or to call you, if necessary. It is not used for any other purpose and is not shared. We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in any way unrelated to the ones described above. Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially of great importance to us. For this reason, we never collect or maintain information on our website from individuals under the age of 18 and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18 to provide information to us.
